Line and Grade

The civil engineering firm Line and Grade worked with us to revitalize their brand with an updated visual identity and accompanying language. Articulating Line and Grade’s mission and manifesto created a brand that is both narrative and true to their craft. Our work was to bring the firm’s mission of “engineering common ground” to life through a vibrant, thoughtful, and sustainable identity system. Stakeholder interviews and design research helped us pursue the right direction for Line and Grade’s updated identity, and we developed a flexible set of marks, images, patterns, and graphics as a long-term solution.
