As the first one in the building each morning, Courtney’s megawatt smile and gracious demeanor set the tone for our collaborative work. She supports the entire office by overseeing general operations: welcoming guests and clients, purchasing supplies, planning events, and brewing the coffee (which makes her everyone’s favorite). With a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a master’s degree in theological studies—and as the mom of four children—Courtney knows how to run a tight ship. We marvel at how she’s able to do it all with such enthusiasm, hospitality, and warmth.
